Equine-Guided Empowerment® and Somatic Reprogramming® unite horses and humans to foster leadership and communication skills, self-awareness, confidence, and a profound connection with yourself and the world.

 From my experience, partnering with horses as our facilitators on our journey awakens us to lead and live in presence and authenticity. They are powerful, majestic beings who live in total presence. They are excellent mirrors and teachers. Through their ability to feel our heartbeat and read our emotions, they can calm our nervous system down, and we can, in real-time, with nonverbal communication and no judgment, accept all that is and transform all we wish to embody. 

Talking and thinking our way through life challenges does not work. Somatic Reprogramming® verifies our true nature and innate wisdom through experiential interaction with horses. It offers an embodied approach to changing our actions and reactions, supporting fresh thinking and connection in the world.
