If you dream it, take the steps to make it your reality.

I always dreamt of partnering with horses and never quite understood how I was going to go about it, so I just started by spending time with them.

Each day, I come closer to the understanding that the most simple approach is the one that brings me the most profound sense of presence, safety, stability and transformation. When I can truly unravel into the present moment and what I can do now, I am leading the way to making my dreams a reality. I recently picked up a book I love, that helped me through a patch in my life when I was wresting with myself. The book is titled “Love Unveiled” by A. H. Almass. It keeps reminding me that love is a universal truth and this truth has a multitude of layers. When we love ourselves, we trust ourselves, to go deeper and deeper into the state of unveiling the depths of our heart.

Have you ever noticed that love expresses itself through the eyes. In the sparkle and smile of the eyes. They shine and glisten. Just one look can communicate how you feel, your attitude, your desires, so many things…. Once again, how simple to just look into your eyes, or another’s without words and to just know…
